I would recommend one of their 10 book collections rather than the lucky dip
You get 10 books for £9.99 (so just under £1 each), but you know exactly what books you are getting - and they are quality main stream books. They all do different selections based on the publishing house and there are quite a few to choose from. Great for party favours.
Type 10 into the search engine to come up with their current stock. School link currently have the best selection with about 7 different 10 book collections to choose from. Here are a few of them

Thanks for these Mesopotania, although I notice a lot of the books are the ones which are on sale at my local BookWorld for 99p. Handy of you don't have one near you though.
Cheers

For the unsuitable books, there's always Amazon :-)
It's a good ideal but I had a look and there were something like 160 of the RIchard and Judy wine guide already for sale.
I'm afraid mine are going to the charity shop after checking ebay and Amazon, but I'm not unhappy as we got a couple we could use.0 -

I have to say, on reflection, and a quick flick through my adult non-fiction, the selection is interesting - and yes the crop circle book is fascinating!

I think the clue is in the title ... LUCKY dip!
Annie is right, some you win, some you loose, the luck is in the draw.Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0 -
I was highly impressed with my lucky dips. Only 2 out of 20 that I cant give as pressies. I love the Book People.0
