Marston group

Thanks to all, I have complained to the marston group. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. They had 3/4 different people dealing with this issue... then when they said they had found the "lost" money they stated that I still had to pay £200 + as soon as, otherwise I would have the enforcers at my door..

I have since sorted this out, they also said something about a refund and a letter will be in the post. Not sure how much or if there is one... because a week and half later im
still waiting..

Very true.

No effective regulation of their behaviour.

I've even seen them blatantly ignore a direct order from the Official Receiver, with no repercussions.

I have my mp looking into this. So fingers crossed they might be able to help
