Salisbury district nhs parking eye

Hi everyone- if my grammar is poor, I apologise- I am fuming. My son has been working for Ariva based at Salisbury District Hospital for 10 months. His car was mashed up last year so we let him use ours, he phoned his ins company to register the changes, pays insurance and tax and only he uses the car. He keeps getting parking fines from PCS, firstly they were writing to him and now they are writing to us demanding payments. Firstly, his parking for use at the hospital is paid via his wages to the hospital. As there are not adequate parking spaces, he inevitably parks as close to the non available spots as he can. He has spoken to his boss who says it's nothing to do with the hospital but it is they who contract the company who enforces these notices. He's had 7 notices and paid 2 because he panicked. I have told him to fight it but he's too laid back so I am now really annoyed. I know these charges are non contractual but I don't want to have to ring these idiots up. Please help- advice would be most welcome. A police friend of ours said he drives and pays for it, therefore they should not be contacted us because we no longer own or use the car...thank you

PCS is a debt collector known as DRP , Debt Recovery Plus

post #4 of the NEWBIES sticky thread deals with them (ignore them)

also, these are not FINES, they are parking charge invoices for perceived rule breaking

    so treat them as invoices

ringing up parking eye or DRP wont achieve anything, they just want their money (your money)

if you or your partner are the registered keeper, then you can be held accountable under the law ( POFA 2012 ) which came in on oct 01 2012 , so the policeman is wrong too

Parking Eye is the parking company that issued these invoices and they do take people to court over them (read up about the Beavis case)

they issued over 30 thousand court case papers last year

as for the hospital, they are DEFINITELY responsible, Jeremy Hunt stated this in august 2014 when he made a statement about the trusts and their responsibilities , so they are LYING and should sort it out

if he is in a union, get them involved, it wont be the first time they have heard about parking charges on hospital car parks

the RK should be reading and following the instructions and guidance in the NEWBIES sticky thread

Firstly, your grammar isn't that bad at all, at least I could understand what you were saying perfectly.

Just read the newbies' thread, there is plenty of info there and advice on how you should act.

If you are the registered keeper of the car I want to know where they got his name and address from?
