Parcel2go-AVOID!!!!

I booked parcel for delivery (saddle) at cost of £7.76 (value £600) and i did not want the insurance. So I am going along booking the parcel and when i added my bank details there was no final sum which I thought was strange. Got the confirmation email but no final cost which I thought was strange but didnt think anything else of it. Then handed over parcel to collection point. Happy with things.

Then that evening I went to check my bank details and they had taken £44.30 rather than £7.76. Somehow the sneaky !!!!!!s had managed to add it despite my greatest effort not to. This is a total scam and final sum authorised was never listed so I'm sure I am not the first person for this to happen to. Conformation email most orderers would have final

I use parcel2go a fair bit, and whilst it does ask several times if you want insurance you can always select that you don't, and if continues to show the price right through to the final screen. The confirmation email does not show the price but does link to the VAT invoice which does give the price paid.

Can you go through the screens and replicate the problem?
