Separating and selling the family home

Hi,

I'm new to this kind of thing so please forgive if this has been asked before!
I have recently separated from my husband and wish to sell the family home. He has an IVA which has been in place for 2 1/2 years.
What will happen to my share of the equity, if there is any?
Will I also have to give my share up to the company, or will mine be secure?
Thanks

If you are not part of the IVA then your share of the equity is yours, just as it would be if he were bankrupt. Speak to his I.P. for clarification though as each proposal is different.
