When I am taking out cash from an ATM in Turkey (sure all foreign countries are the same) which option do I need to select to get the smallest transaction fee- I can never remember.
If it makes any difference I will be using Garanti bank.

Withdraw the cash in lira and get out the largest amount each time as you will get a charge per transaction but you will also get the bank rate of the day. Lira is very good at the moment, around 4.20 to the pound.0
