So PE could have a whole raft of cases sitting in the 'pending' tray for 12 months or more.

They are re-starting cases that have been suspended. There is one coming up that refers to a case from last October.

If any case is stayed use the time to find out who hired them. You will have "12 months or more" to harass whoever hired them to harass you.
