Mental ill health & EU travel insurance

Hi there
Ive suffered from severe ill health for the past 7 years and am now living in a step down house for people whom have moved out of full time psychiatric care.
Ive been invited on a holiday with my sister and friends around the beginning of September.
Does anyone know of a good insurance company that would offer me travel insurance given my pre existing condition?
Any help would be appreciated.
Kind Regard

Insurers will offer you cover but are likely to exclude your psychiatric condition, though you can only tell for sure by applying. Have a look at Mind or another psych charity to see if they recommend anyone in particular.
Being in the EU you will be entitled to treatment under the EHIC scheme - check the NHS website on how public healthcare works in the country you are visiting. The one thing you'd be missing is if you need a medivac due to your existing condition.0 -

Assuming it isnt spam, seems odd to link to a companies news article about a sub brand rather than directly to the sub brand. Even more so given the link to the sub brand is dead0
