Neighbour replacing boundry wall with fence

Your neighbour and yourself have to come to an agreement. Party Walls can be difficult, as they are joint assets. He cannot do anything to the wall without your agreement, but you don't have to contribute. Your neighbour wants the job done. Can I suggest you look at a forum called Gardenlaw.0

thanks
as it is a joint boundry would they need to follow the party wall process?
If I simply agree that they can carry on without any necessary paperwork (if needed) can this have an adverse effect on me? i.e with mortgage company or the leaseholder? The land under my property is leasehold whilst I believe they have bought the freehold for their land.[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.
