Credit Transfer?

in Credit cards
I have £2468.04 on my credit card. I've managed to pay off quite a bit this year to get it to that amount. I've never transferred my credit nor really know how to. Can I transfer it to another credit card with the same company, Natwest, or should I transfer it to my other bank, Barcleys? I need to stop paying £35 a month interest or I'll, never pay it off.

You need to apply for a card that offers a promotional BT rate. It can't be a card within the same stable.
However, if you're struggling with repayments, then you may not find it easy to get an appropriate card. Perhaps try the soft search facility first.0 -
In addition to zx81's advice above even if you could transfer a balance within the same stable you'd still pay interest as NatWest/RBS no longer offer introductory rates on their credit cards. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
