Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has ever made these themselves, as i can buy the branches for £60 off of ebay.
All i need to do is buy the branches, a pot and glue and then get the florist to decorate it a little bit. One florist has quoted me 200-250 each tree!
So i was wondering if anyone has ever tried to do a Wedding tree or wish tree themselves and how successful it was?

It may be more reasonable to hire them? That way you can just choose your decor and not have the hassle to make and then pay to decorate.0

I don't know how to link to a specific post but this is my thread, post 19 shows a little of our tree https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4644407

Not difficult at all. You could spray white or silver. as ours was beach themed we wanted the beach/drift wood effect. We picked the wood up on a beach walk, so had memories attached for us.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -
I've actually found these at hobbycraft already painted white. For 20 quid each and which is much less then what they are on ebay. Unfortunately i still need pots to put them in, i want something wooden and square so i can paint them. Not having much lucky with it so far, tried searching for square flowerpots but have not found the right thing yet.
Like these but slightly bigger: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/152587526/wood-box-wood-boxes-woodland-planter?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=square%20wooden%20box&ref=sr_gallery_130 -
Google wooden planter boxes, you should get some then.
