Well I had another go this morning to resolve the problem and got bounced around from Plus Net to Open Reach and back again.
Everyone promising me that they couldn't do anything.

I lost my rag, not abusive or sweary or anything but a bit shouty holding the phone well away from my mouth.
    My BP soared as well.

At the end of these phone conversations I'd given up and thought that was it until the line was down completely.

About an hour ago an Open Reach guy knocks at my front door and after me expalining the problem he sorts it all out quickly with no fuss.

Now why couldn't that have happened when I first contacted Plus Net a month ago.
I was so happy with the Open Reach guy I nearly gave him a cup of tea. He wanted to get home for his week end.:j
It's your money. Except if it's the governments.
