Advice Needed: Transferring Ownership of House after split with wife

Hi,
My Wife and I split up in October last year and she has been living in the house we both mortgage since then. However, she has met someone else and has moved in with him and is adamant she want's nothing to do with the house and wants to transfer it all to me (Mortgage, Deeds and Endowment).
Is this possible? If so how and what would be the cost if solicitors etc. had to be involved?
Thanks for any advice

1, Change your name to a nick name,
2, It will depend if you can afford the mortgage alone and if the company will accept this.
3, She can't just walk away from responsibility what is the status of the house? eg. Equity0
