Parking Eye Warden being challenged. Very interesting.

Came back out and a guy from inside the shop where we were parked came out and said that parking enforcement officer had been, put a ticket on the car, took the photo, then took the ticket back off!
I assume they are on commission and will get more if we don't respond within the 14 days! **

So it would seem the parking warden is claiming that she puts the PCN wallet on the car, takes a photo of it, removes the wallet and puts the ticket inside and then puts the wallet back on the car. In that case her photo will show an empty wallet on the car - not really much 'evidence' of the PCN being on the car then.

I'm sorry but this one, I actually am taking the side of PE!!!!!
This stupid woman is moaning because she was about to get a ticket on her chelsea tractor for parking in a disabled bay without a badge. (And probably not disabled at all, her gob wasn't disabled for sure!)
