Landlord Insurance vs Building Insurance

Hello,
I will be renting out my flat and trying to orgenise proper insruance in place. At the moment flat building insurance is provided by Zurich via Development factor.
I'm trying to find out if I need land lord insruance at all?
From what I have see liablity and alternative accomodation is provided by Zurich via building insruance so do I still need land lord insurance.
