I recommend that you vote for AppyParking, the guys behind an Android/iPhone parking app. They are working to "demystify" parking restrictions and provide easy to understand money-saving info on where it is free or cheap to park. Currently London-wide, they want to expand across the UK. If you vote for AppyParking, you can also enter a separate competition to win a new iPad from them. PITCH TO RICH 2015 SEMI-FINALIST VOTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) THE PROMOTION IS OPEN TO ALL UK RESIDENTS AGED 18 OR OVER.

2) TO ENTER THE PROMOTION ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT A VERIFIED VOTE FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE PITCH TO RICH SEMI-FINALISTS. ENTRANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS AND TO VERIFY THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE THEIR VOTE IS COUNTED (IF THE ENTRANT HAS VOTED IN THE PREVIOUS ROUND THEY WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO RE-ENTER THEIR DETAILS). ENTRANTS CAN ONLY VOTE ONCE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL SEMI-FINALIST BUT VOTING FOR MULTIPLE SEMI-FINALISTS IS ALLOWED. EACH VOTE WILL COUNT AS ONE ENTRY INTO THE DRAW.

3) ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BETWEEN 10AM ON 2ND JUNE 2015 AND 5PM ON 22ND JUNE 2015. ENTRIES RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

4) PRIZE: THE PRIZE IS £10,000.

5) THERE WILL BE 1 (ONE) WINNER, RECEIVING THE PRIZE. THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AT RANDOM ON THE 25TH JUNE 2015. THE WINNER WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL AND ASKED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF AGE AND UK RESIDENCY TO REDEEM THE PRIZE. IF THE SELECTED WINNER IS NOT A UK RESIDENT AN/OR NOT 18 OR OVER THEN A NEW WINNER WILL BE DRAWN AND NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND SO ON UNTIL THE PRIZE IS CLAIMED.

6) THE PRIZE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

7) THE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THEIR SUCCESS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THEIR SELECTION.

8) THE PROMOTER WILL MAKE EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT TO CONTACT THE WINNER, HOWEVER IF THE WINNER CANNOT BE CONTACTED OR THE PROMOTER DOESN’T RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION, THE PROMOTER MAY DEEM THE PRIZE AS FORFEITED.

9) THE PROMOTER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED FOR ANY REASON. PROOF OF SENDING IS NOT PROOF OF ENTRY.

10) OWING TO EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE ITS REASONABLE CONTROL AND ONLY WHERE CIRCUMSTANCES MAKE THIS UNAVOIDABLE, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR AMEND THE PROMOTION OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY STAGE BUT WILL ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECT TO PARTICIPANTS IN ORDER TO AVOID UNDUE DISAPPOINTMENT.

11) THE PROMOTER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, WITH REGARDS TO NOTIFICATION OF ANY WINNER.

12) THE DECISION OF THE PROMOTER REGARDING ANY ASPECT OF THE PROMOTION IS FINAL AND BINDING AND NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO.

13) BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

14) PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED IN THE COURSE OF THIS PROMOTION WILL BE USED FOR ADMINISTERING THE PROMOTION AND DATA WILL BE ADDED TO THE PITCH TO RICH DATABASE AND WILL RECEIVE MARKETING RELATED TO PITCH TO RICH AND VIRGIN MEDIA BUSINESS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

People should use the links in MJM's second post which lead to the correct pages. OP's link leads only to the app page he supports. Lots of great pitches on there some that help kids etc. I just think putting a link only to the pitch the OP supports and omitting the main page isn't really on. Good, got that out of my system so off to eat cake.

I'm with you on that - use mjm's links.
it's quite interesting to read through the various pitches. I really liked the idea of scallop farming :-)

I've PM'd Steve in case he doesn't come back to see your message

I've also suggested he remove the specific link for the app that he favours, otherwise this could be seen as a "vote for me" comp which should be moved to the correct place

Also - general request - if anyone sees other comps with the wrong title format, please DON'T press Expired - it just makes more work for the BG's (see here)
Just send a PM to the OP asking them (politely!) to edit the title to the right format (and explain how to do it in case they're new and don't know: Edit, Go Advanced)

Right, for this one I voted but received no mail to verify it. I thought it was a con but sent a screenshot of my vote to the email address anyway as proof. They replied today to say I'd been entered.
