Click on 'Your Inbox' at the top right of the screen.
With luck you will find that it contains a message (mine is dated 9th April) called 'Summary of your annual interest'. There's an option to download it as a .pdf.
(Note: I have opted for online correspondence. I'm not sure if you get this message if you haven't).0 -
I rang on Saturday. The information I got out of the automated system was that these would be available by the end of July. I did the same for TSB and got the same answer.0

The only one that was available to me was the ISA annual summary which had already been sent out by post. Of course as it was an ISA I didn't need a tax certificate for it.
For the accounts that I did want I had to phone up and request them. They arrived in the post a few days later.(Note: I have opted for online correspondence. I'm not sure if you get this message if you haven't).
I have opted for the same except for the ISA which apparently I cannot opt for online communication.0 -
I couldn't find anything online either, rang up and they sent through the post even though I didn't ask for it - relatively expensive for them if they are already giving you a reasonable interest rate!0

They've never done online tax certificates. They would also never send out Current Account certificates unless you specifically requested them each year.0

I have received online tax certs in “Your Inbox” area, although it does seem a bit hit and miss.
3 Bos Vantage accounts - 2 received on different dates in May. I haven’t received the 3rd one yet. All statements / correspondence set to paperless.
Other LBG Accounts…...
Halifax Reward received 7th April. All statements / correspondence set to paperless.
TSB Enhance and 2 x TSB Plus. Nothing received. All statements / correspondence set to paperless.
Club Lloyds current account. Received end of April. Online statements - No. Online correspondence - Yes.
Club Lloyds regular saver matured middle of April (15-16 tax year) received a few days after maturity and renamed as Easy saver. All statements / correspondence set to paperless.
2 Lloyds Vantage accounts switched out and closed a few months ago, received shortly after closure. Can’t remember paperless settings.0 -
Thank you for all your replies. It's times like this when I wish I didn't have so many current accounts and self employed! I have been checking my inbox as this is where the tax information seems go to but it all seems very hit and miss as previous poster said. I have rung tsb today and they will send them out. Still not got anything from rbs.0
