Hi still trying to sort out a pcn. I received a notice as keeper of the car the notice states that a ticket was placed on the windscreen( which the driver is adamant was not there when they returned to the car) how to prove this? Does the make of the car have to be included in the pcn?. Also parking is free in that particular car park. Any advice please
