Experian credit report

Hi I have just received my experience credit report for £2 through the post. I currently have 5 creditors which I have payment plans set up with, however only 2 are showing on my credit report (both defaulted as expected) however I was expecting 5 defaults in total. There isn't even any trace of the other 3 debts. Why is this?

I was expecting an actual credit score to be shown also but there doesn't appear to be that either?

HELP! :)

Perhaps they report to one of the other CRAs. Check those.

Why do you want a score from them? They don't have any meaning or relevance. But we can issue you one here if you want.

Ok, maybe I should get a report that covers all the agencies?

Sorry I don't understand, how can you give me a credit score? I am just trying to see how my credit rating is given my adverse history.

    Thanks

You need to check each CRA individually.

The score doesn't indicate how lenders see you or rate you. They will look at the data on your file and ask you for other info that Experian don't have, such as your income.

That's why any score should be generally ignored.

    Hi AaronR

Your Experian Credit Report will display credit history for six years, during your application for your report did you provide your previous address history up to six years? As this may cause account information to be missing if you haven't provided your address history.

As zx81 has mentioned, you may want to check with the other two CRAs (Credit Reference Agencies) CallCredit / Equifax as they could hold different information than what has been recorded on your Experian Credit Report, if you wanted to discuss your Experian £2.00 Statutory Credit Report contact details can be found here.

Hi thank you James, I am not sure if i gave you my addresses for all 6 years but they are definitely all on the "linked addresses" section on my report?

Could the 'missing' debts have had defaults issued more than 6 years ago? If so then they would have dropped off your credit files.

Check the other 2 credit reference agencies and if the defaults are not showing up then the companies may simply not have registered them.
