RBS post graduation query

Could anyone advise from their own experience when an the interest free overdraft on an RBS student account finally gets recalled/converted?

I ask for experience not a quote of the T&Cs because I have had plenty of computer-generated letters congratulating me on graduating and explaining how my OD limit will be reduced over the years until the account finally turns into a standard Royalties current account, but the dates given are all simply along the lines of "July 200x" rather than anything specific, and many have passed without anything changing..

Clearly I don't want to ring them in case I've simply slipped through the net and am on to a good thing...
