Yep, agree totally with you about that....its also probably why when customers search for reviews that they seem to have good reviews;)

Yes we have had the same experince. It started off great with a freindly sales man. The problem is the head of the company is a alcoholic with who is in and out of hospital who cannot run a business.

In a nut shell we were held to ransom by the fitter who wanted all his money even though we had receievd alll the doors and handles. He said he would come back and fit but didnt ever come as he fell out with the BOSS. Everyone in the company balmes each other and no one takes responsibilty. We should have taken warning signs when even the sale sguys made exscuses to keep cancelling apps. The the lies came from the BOSS who had every exscuse under the sun for non delivety. ANyway 9 months later we have everything but the sink keeps moving and the door just came of the hinges!!!

u might save a few quid if that but DO NOT take the RISK with these muppets!!!

I have been waiting for TWO YEars to have my kitchen finished. The workmanship was apalling - we have had a flood due to bad plumbing. We phoned them and they said (for about the tenth time) that they would send a fitter to look at it and in the meantime to get it fixed and they would pay the bill. The emergency plumber said the plumbing was amateur and dangerous with no earth provided to the sink. I have written to them several times and quoted the goods and services act etc and no response. We have wires hanging down, rotting kick boards, stove not vented, lights running on too few transformers so they blow every day and a kitchen cupboard unit missing and tiling unfinished. I have decided to call them each and every day until I get some results, but now find that they have ceased trading (June 2010) according to their website. Does anyone know what options I have? CAB will be my first step - but any other advice??##:mad:

I totally agree with everything that has been said about these muppets.

They are totally useless as a kitchen provider.

The workmanship of supposedly 'master' carpenters is absolutely atrocious.

Never buy from them, do not trade with them even if they fire up again under another name.

Do not trust them ---- One of the fitters even 'stole' money from us, I say stole because he took the money with the intent to supply other work but never bothered --- he had already been paid for the 'kitchen' work. This kitchen work was never finished, the parts that were finished were pathetic.

He the so-called master carpenter didn't even use the legs on fitting the dishwasher again, this was another lump of wood underneath ---- this seems to be quite common.

Let them all go to hell - useless group of .........s
