All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, June 28, 2015. 6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone or email within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a family session at Bounce Below at Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Wales. The prize package comprises:
· Return travel for two adults and two children, which will be in the form of a petrol allowance;
· Two nights accommodation in a minimum 3-star hotel, based on two adults and two children sharing a family room;
· Breakfast on both mornings;
· One course lunch on both days with soft drinks and one half-bottle of house wine;
· Three course dinner in both evenings with mineral water and soft drinks;
· A one and a half hour Family session at Bounce Below, which includes a 30 minute registration and safety briefing.
9. The prize does not include transport to or from the event, travel insurance, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
10. The prize is valid for one year from the date of the winner being notified and excludes the Christmas and New Year period, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Bank Holidays. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
