Hi and help please how do I do this please

not the searching bit but the posting of an image like this.
I know how to use the print screen bit and I pasted it into paint cause that's all I have at the moment:o but I don't know how to get it from paint onto a post.
Thanks here's hoping some clever person can tell me

1) Once you've got it in Paint you obviously need to save it - its best if you use the filenames ending in .gif or .jpg as these will download faster than paint's default of .bmp. You can change this by using the Save As command.
2) You need to host it on the internet. You may have free webspace donated by your internet service provider which you can use, or one of the many free photohosting websites will do. Depending what you choose, see that site for instructions.
3) You probably already got this bit given your post above, but when making a post, there's an icon which looks like this
- when you click on it a box will pop up in which you enter the address where you uploaded the image. Many of the photohosting websites will provide this so you can just cut and paste it. 0 -
Thanks for the info I will go away and play. Sorry not to reply before I was on a bouncy castle at my grandsons party.
