Tax credits compliance phone number

Good afternoon,
I will try and keep this brief.
I called the tax credits helpline this morning as I have not received my ctc and wtc since May 15th, after a very long wait I was told I should have had a letter that was sent out on may 15th from their compliance team, I haven't had this and she gave me the number 03000 5440961 for the compliance team. This number just rings out, do my of you kind folk have another number as don't fancy another 45 minutes holding to go through it again and can't find it online?
No idea why my payments have just stopped though so any advice on that also gratefully received?
