Free Childcare for 2 yr olds - Income?

Hi all
I'm looking into applying for the free 15hrs a week childcare for my 2 yr old daughter.
Not sure if i qualify or not.
Only criteria i may meet is getting 'Child Tax Credit and/or Working Tax Credit and have an annual income under £16,190', but i'm unsure what counts as 'income'
I am not currently working, but I receive the following. Which would count as income? as if they all do, then i'd be over the £16190
Rental Income - Obviously
Child Tax Credit - ?
Child Benefit - ?
DLA (mid rate care for my 4yr old son) - ?
Carers Allowance - ?

Thanks:T
