No, E7 is always cheaper and normal rate. Take weekly reading and record them on a spreadsheet. From them you will be able to work out what you are using, though it will take a year to work out what your actual consumption is. A few months of weekly reads will give you a good idea, and it will also show if you have left things on, how much tumble drying cloths costs etc.
