I bought a mobile phone from
https://www.eglobalcentral.co.uk
and I want to return it under the 30 day money back warranty
They responded by telling me to post it to Hong Kong
How expensive is that going to be and is that a realistic request or should I just sell it on eBayeBay?

Thank you for your message.
Please be noted that our inspection center is in Hong Kong.
Please be advised we require the product to be returned back for an inspection.
If our technician confirmed the product is in good condition and brand new, then we will offer a refund to you.
Thank you.

When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

That company is based in Hong Kong, Can't see their address but they are closed for the Ching Ming Festival which isnt normal for UK companies and they have other clues.
If you want a UK return address then buy from a company in the UK.
You'll have to use a tracked service so will be expensive so probably cheaper to just sell.
Returning it will also cost you a £50 restocking fee which is on their website if its under £500.0 -
Also do not use Royal Mail as they do not insure mobiles outside the UK- you will have to find a courier.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You've bought from a Hong Kong company and it looks like their goods come without a manufacturer's warranty, so you're going to be governed by Hong Kong consumer legislation and little else. It's going to be up to you whether you want to risk returning the phone, especially as you would need to pay for an insured service to be able to prove they have received the goods. The lack of warranty might also impact the resale value of the phone.
Wonder if this is a new incarnation of Eglobaldigital.co.UK? Certainly looks like the same business model.0
