Redundancy and Maternity

Afternoon all,
Appreciate there have been a few posts about this, but i can't see answers to the questions below so hopefully someone can help.
Basic background; My other half is 4 months into 12 months maternity period, is now down to statutory pay and has recently been told she'll soon be made redundant. The process, much like the company, is a joke, so she'll be happy to leave if the payment is reasonable, hence the following questions:
Notice period - will she be paid full salary for her notice period of one month or will the company simply be able to employ her for that extra month on statutory pay? (approx one third of monthly salary).
Annual leave - will annual leave accrued be paid off at full salary?
Statutory Pay - Do companies normally offer you the choice between termination of employment and a lump sum or continued employment until the end of statutory maternity pay?
Statutory Pay - Will this be capped at 39 weeks and does this include the first month during which she was earning full pay?
Assume this is all she is entitled to, so i'll leave it there - thanks!
