New IB50 - probable medical too

Received an IB50 today. My last medical was January or February this year and was told them my claim would be reviewed in July. Looks like that time has come.

Would not be surprised if I am summoned for a medical. IB50 must be returned by 5/9

Hi I have just returned my form and I will most probably have to go for a review my last review was two years ago but I have been diagnosed with another chronic illness since then.
Maybe you won't have to go for a medical it's not that long since you have had one. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that you won't have to go, the medicals are so stressful. Good luck!!

They are and its the waiting that gets me most. I have not seen my psychiatrist since May and I'm worried I haven't had another appointment. I moved house in June and thought my GP would pass my new details on. I didn't even think to contact my CPN/psychiatry department so I will have to ring my GP and get his number on Monday.

I received my IB50 in October, and got help filling it in from the citizens advice bureau. I sent it back and never heard another thing until I was called in for a medical in march. Thankfully the doctor I saw was very kind and understanding, a week after the medical I recveived a notice through the post to say I had passed, my benefit would continue and the review is up in september 2008
