Yes but (a) isnt skilled in project managing a rebuild and (b) charges the OP for their time.
A building firm on the other hand gets their profits from doing the job/ kick backs from the contractors etc and so doesnt need to directly charge for their time.
You COULD pay a lawyer to go pick up your shopping too but it really isnt cost effective to pay £300 an hour when Tesco's will do it for £5. Its not just who can do it but who is most cost effective to do it.0
