Hi everyone,
Could anyone help, I couldn't get to my Hotmail inbox yesterday as it has said my password in incorrect, but it isn't.
I believe my account has been blocked due to someone trying to access it.
The thing is the secret question they have asked is not mine so I keep failing that and also I didn't have an alternative email address on file but they have said they have sent a password reset to that email address....ARRrrghh !
Anyone had this before, I really need my email account, I don't know what to do.
Please anyone????
Thanx

Your account has been hijacked (most likely someone has guessed your password) and and that person is now using your account. There is nothing you can do other than try contacting Hotmail themselves explaining the situation. If they don't respond or refuse to help then either keep contacting them (which may be futile) or forget the account and move on.

I'm afraid with these free email services you're completely in the hands of what the company feels like doing with no recourse. Having things like hotmail and gmail addresses are fine but you shouldn't ever have them as your main/necessary address/account."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
