SCAM: Age Renew Serum or Lumagenex

A member posted previously that on applying for a very cheap 'trial' of the product, she found she had inadvertently signed up to monthly subscriptions to the product at over £80 per month. This is obviously something they put into the small print and caught me out as well.

More concerning, however, is that on cancelling the subscription and returning the product unopened, I was denied a refund because they claimed it had been opened. Their best offer despite lengthy argument was a 30% refund and a re-delivery of the product.

Beware - if you send a return of either Lumagenex or Age Renew Serum, take a photo of the unopened package beforehand![/B]

I thought the whole point of these trials was to allow the prospective purchaser the opportunity to try the product before committing to the full subscription.

How on earth are you supposed to try the product during the trial if you are not allowed to open it?
