1. The prize is two return Elite tickets from London Heathrow to Bangkok on an EVA Air operated and marketed flight. Travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated are not included. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. Full details of the prize airline tickets will be provided in a letter to the prize winner.
2. Prize flights exclude taxes, fees and any surcharge ("Additional Travel Costs"). Any Additional Travel Costs must be arranged and funded by the winner. Prize travel is subject to EVA Air's General Conditions of Carriage.
3. Prize airline tickets (and redemption letters) have no commercial value. All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prize tickets cannot be resold, converted into cash or replaced.
4. Prize tickets are not applicable to the Infinity Mileagelands FFP Program, EVASION Program and all other EVA Air promotions.
5. Prize flights must be booked by December 14, 2015 and travel must be completed by June 24, 2016. The periods travel can be taken in are July 6 to August 24, 2015; September 6 to December 14, 2015; January 11 to January 29, 2016; and February 15 to June 24, 2016. Exclusion dates may apply.
6. Prize flights are subject to seat availability and cannot be used for re-routing. It may be necessary to select one or more alternative flight times/dates. Reservation changes are not permitted once tickets have been issued.
