How to find a grave?

I'm not sure where to put this but I thought here would be the best option.
I'm going on holiday next week and on the way my partner has agreed to stop off at the cemetery where my dear friend is buried so I can lay some flowers on her grave.
I did go to the funeral but not the burial as I was (and still am) poorly and I was in such a state after the funeral that I wasn't in any fit state to go to the burial.
I'm no longer in touch with her husband so I'm not able to ask him where she's buried and I'm disabled so it will be a bit much for me to walk around the whole cemetery looking for her grave. I don't even know if she has a headstone although I would have thought she would have.
Is there any way I can find out where she's buried? It's a one off visit as she is buried a hundred miles away from where I live but we have to pass the cemetery on our way to our holiday apartment.
Thanks in advance.

Local council who look after the cemetery should be able to give you a plot number and a mapEx forum ambassador

We had a similar issue at a local cemetery - the staff were very helpful, and their records accurate!0
