Identify this country using the following clues:
1. Around five per cent of the country is arable land. Avalanches are the main natural hazard.
2. The predominant natural resources are hydropower, mineral water, timber, iron ore and lead.
3. There's no US embassy in the country, and it only joined the UN in 1993.
4. It ranks as the 13th highest importer of goods in the world at around $18,000 per capita in 2012.
5. The main exports are tobacco products and furniture.
