UK CPM parking charge notice

Hi all, I recently received in the post a PCN from the above company (their second demand, I did not receive the first which stated a reduced fine of £60)
I wrote back to ask for all of their photos and also to state I did not receive their initial letter, and all they can send me is a picture of the rear of my car, even though their letter states that my permit should be shown in the windscreen! Is this solid ground for an appeal?
They took my letter above as an appeal and as such have issued me with a POPLA number
Note - my situation is that the car park is for a block of flats for which I do have a permit but on this occasion was in the wrong bay
Any help appreciated!

the newbies thread tells you what to do, there are no "grounds for cancellation" and the grounds for appeal are legal grounds and already covered in the NEWBIES sticky thread
as you have a popla number, check its expiry date at parking cowboys, then start drafting a popla appeal, based on similar examples other members have written

UKCPM wont bother submitting any evidence. Youll win at POPLA. Search my threads for a POPLA appeal and just copy and paste it. Dont over-think it. Relax. Just don't miss the deadline.
Bunch of !!!!!!. Standard procedure not to receive a Windscreen notice from these lot; a practice known as ghosting I believe?Mike172 vs. UKCPM
