It will make no difference as, whilst they will doubtless run a quick ID check on you, the card will not appear on your credit profile. It does not provide any credit but allows you to access your Paypal balance either via an ATM (with a small charge) or in shops by using it as a MasterCard. It is the type of card that checks your balance every time so you cannot use it to spend more than you have.
If you do often have a Paypal credit balance you may find it useful to have.0
