Can P4Parking clamp a Disabled Drivers car

Options
Further to my previous posts I am just enquiring if P4Parking could clamp my car that is parked on private land for which I have a permit and am a holder of a disabled blue badge. I do not display my badge in the car when parked at home as there is no need to as I have my residents permit but just want to know how much "power" these midges have.

To answer the OP's question this means they could clamp your car but would commit a criminal offence by doing so.

... and if someone was stupid enough to clamp the car, it would not be an offence to get the clamp cut off, and charge the clamper for the cost of removal.

The threat of clamping is probably an offence as well. Trying to extract money with menaces or obtain money by deception, or even trespass (on the car.)

    Then why start another thread...?

This is now the third thread you have going on what I presume is the same ticket?

You would get better and more coherent help if you keep everything to one thread, so people can easily reference the background.

I started ANOTHER thread because I was querying regarding what they can and cannot do if a disabled badge is displayed. Not everyone is expert at using forums hence the tag of "NEWBIE" but thankfully I have received more constructive and helpful advice from others.

Yet you clearly confirmed that you had read and understood the basic posting guide as part of your signup - Which means you are more than adequately informed about how to conduct yourself here and not waste everybody else's time!

All this could have been dealt with on your main thread without any issue whatsoever.

All very true pogofish, and I'm sure lachezza62 will now know how to organise his/her posts in the future.

However, I'm sure most of us are guilty of just ticking the box to say that we've read the T&Cs, then hitting the 'SignUp' button.

The 'HumanCentiPad' episode of South Park (Season 15, Episode 1) illustrates the possible consequences for Kyle of just doing the above. Wikipedia article here:
