2. Prize Notification
2.1 The prize is an overnight stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian, Guildford for 4 guests, in 2 standard twin rooms, including dinner at Steak & Lobster (one main course) and a complimentary cocktail.
2.2 Prize must be booked by 31st August 2015 and the stay redeemed by 31st December 2015.
2.3 Winners will be chosen at random by Edwardian Group London.
2.4 Prize winners will be contacted via email on 5th June 2015.
2.5 If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (7 days from first contact) or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these Rules or is otherwise unable to comply with these Rules, this may result in forfeiture of the prize. Which will result in the selection of another winner.
2.6 No cash equivalent (where applicable) will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
2.7 The prize is subject to availability.
