Possible to attach/send pdf by ebay message

Hi

Is it possible to send a pdf file through an ebay message so as the buyer can download ticket.

If no, what is the norm to send downloadable tickets to a buyer

thanks for any replies/help

    No, If you can upload the PDF to Google / Onedrive etc & then you can send them a link.

    If they have bought/paid via eBay, you will have their email address/es to email them direct.
    If you use the email option, then message them via eBay to ensure they have received the email.

    If you have Photoshop or other image editing software you can open pdf in said software and export as a jpg.

    I've done it once or twice when a customer has wanted specific invoice wording.
  • Try https://www.megafileupload.com , just quickly creates a download link, no registration or anything. Then just eBay message the link.

    Am I right in thinking you shouldn't be selling downloadable tickets via Ebay?

    As above though, you should have the email address and can send via email.

    If the buyer has paid by Paypal though I'd be inclined to print and send via a signed for delivery service.

    Even real paper tickets are now not to be sold on eBay, they direct everyone through to stub hub.
