    Thanks SoN and MTS for your view points.

    Yep, we only found out from solicitor about the caveat when we asked solicitor for an update. Nothing at all from executor

    I agree about the will and it's contents, if we don't know what's in it how do we know if it's fair or not to the relatives who placed the caveat.

    Will have another chat with sister about this and keep you all informed.

    Really appreciate all the input so far.

    ..... My sincere apologies I saw this and posted before realising thet it was NSW item and not aplicable in the UK.

    Hello all, the situation with the will is still ongoing. My sister range the executor twice asking for an update, message went to voicemail and no call back. It's four months since caveat was lodged and still no more information from solicitor or executor. (We don't know executors address or we would send a letter).

    I've tried ringing a firm of contentious probate solicitors to see if they can perhaps get some more information from them. They took details but as yet have not called me back. We're getting really concerned by all this. Is there anything more we can do at this stage?
