Not been on in a while, but not been up to much. I start my maternity at the end of the month, starting to get quite big now. We're thinking of moving back to the UK at the end of the year, so we're getting ready for that.
DH starts his course in Information Systems on Monday, I'm so proud of him studying to learn something new, he wants to get into IT and earn more money for us. We bought a chest of drawers for $25 and painted it up, we also bought some bits of scrap wood and a dowel to make a little fold-able baby gym. I'll put up photos of that sometime, got everything for that for $8.60.
I'll get the sewing machine out next week and make some burp cloths out of flannel I was given, and I want to make a little rice sock thing for the baby to heat up the bassinet seeing as it'll be a winter baby over here. We've been looking at buying cots, we might go around the charity shops tomorrow and see if there are any second hand ones, if not I can buy a cot and mattress for $300 new online, but I'd like to save a little money on that.

Hi Steerpike
Just caught up on your diary and your saving pots are looking good. Well done to you and OH.
I hadn't realised you lived in NZ. I've never been but its one of the places I would love to visit. (one day)
