HELP! ISME has trashed my credit report!

I logged into my Equifax and Experian accounts today because I got alerts that they had changed.

For some reason ISME has put me down for the last month's record as a "red mark" and when I hover over it it says I have missed 6 payments! :-/

I've checked my bank account - and my direct debit for the minimum payment has been taken every month with no problem.

I then checked my ISME account and it's showing all the payments being credited.

I assume this is a very unfortunate error and I have sent ISME a furious email to get them to fix this immediately.

When these things happen how long does it take to get them resolved and will it leave any permanent damage on my report? I'm worried my credit card companies may look at my report, see this red mark and jack up my interest rate or cut my limits?

Id give them a call, may get it sorted quicker than an email.

Yep, call them if you want it done quickly. And don't be furious with them!:) I think a calm and professional complaint is always going to get better results than an angry one.
