I can only provide advice based on a similar experiences I have had.

Ordered a new sofa that on delivery, scratched up our entire hallway wallpaper as well the brand new sofa itself. Company asked for 2 quotes for damage and gave me the average in compensation. Also got 50% off the sofa.

New washer dryer delivered and installed - cracked the plastered wall in kitchen by applying too much pressure on the kitchen unit. Even though fitters didnt report it (when they said they would), I called up immediately to notify them. Got reimbursed for the repair works.

All I can say is keep on them, blast their social media pages as this will cause more damage to them and their rep. and always ask for more than they may initially offer you. Good luck!
