Anybody used Central London Lofts for a conversion?

Hello,
I wondered if anybody has experience of using Central London Lofts for a dormer conversion?
Their quote was competitive and they explained the job clearly and in detail.
They gave me the phone number of a previous customer who was very happy with them and said he is going to use them again but he has since sold the property so I can't see it.
Or we could pay extra for an established local loft company in North London, who are very good and have worked in our street before, but they are a bit expensive.
Alternatively, we know a couple of good local builders who have done conversions for friends to a high standard. We've seen their work and its good, but they are booked for more than 6 months ahead and we would like to start in 2 months at the latest.
So, pay more than we had budgeted for a good local company whose work we have seen. Wait possibly until next year for good value local builder whose work we have seen.
Or go for the in between price with Central London Lofts, a company who have lots of good reviews online, but some of the reviews are fake, and we haven't seen their work?
