Drivecleaner - again!

A few weeks ago browntoa patiently helped me through the painful process of getting rid of this bug. I've run avg antispy and the name keeps cropping up in the results. On other threats I get the option to delete, but on this it just says ignore once - every time it runs. It doesnt show at all on Spybot.

Can anyone help?

Thanks reluctant, I'll have a go on that unless anyone else here knows why avg can't delete it?

Drivecleaner usually comes courtesy of the Vundo trojan which virtually all anti-virus software finds impossible to remove. There are two tools you'll find useful in removing this, VundoFix and ComboFix. I recommend using ComboFix myself as it targets the rogue registry cleaners as well as Vundo.


Download ComboFix from either of these links:

Double click Combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick Combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
