Johnstone’s has unveiled the biggest competition in its 125-year history, with 125 new vans up for grabs as part of a prize fund totalling more than £1.8 million!

This spectacular competition is designed to celebrate the company’s 125th anniversary, and gives you the unique opportunity to win one of 125 Fiat Doblo Cargo vans.

The competition is running in all 177 Johnstone’s Decorating Centres in the UK and Northern Ireland, as well as selected Johnstone’s Trade stockists, from Monday 18th May. Find your nearest store using our store locator.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is purchase any one of the qualifying products listed below in store during the promotional period and you will automatically receive a scratchcard for the promotion.

6. Only one entry per person is allowed.

7. No cash alternative is available.

Full Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and Stockist customer, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion and local and national government contractors (e.g. prisons, hospitals, schools and councils).

2. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 BST on the 11th May 2015 and 23.59 BST on the 11th July 2015 or while stocks of scratch cards last, whichever occurs first.

3. To Enter: Purchase any size and any colour tin from the Johnstone’s range listed in clause 5 from a participating outlet to receive a scratch card at the till following your purchase. The scratch card has 9 panels but only 3 panels must be scratched off to reveal 3 symbols. To win a prize the 3 symbols must all match. Every card is a potential winner. Offer restricted to 1 scratch card per customer per day. The scratch card will be void if more than 3 panels are scratched off.

4. For Northern Ireland, customers can also obtain a scratch card by writing to the Promoter with their name, company name, and telephone number and quoting “Vantastic Giveaway”.

6. Not all Qualifying Products may be available at all Participating Outlets.

7. Participating Outlets - All Johnstone’s Decorating Centres in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and participating Johnstone’s Trade Stockists.

8. Prizes:
a. 125 x Fiat Doblò vans (New Fiat Doblò Cargo L1H1 1.3 Multijet in White) branded with ‘Johnstone’s Trade’ and ‘Celebrating 125 Years in Paint’ logos
i. The prize includes delivery to a nominated address as agreed by the Promoter and 12 months tax. Full specification is available to the winners. Claimants will need to supply a valid motor insurance certificate, and valid driving licence at time of collection. The
Promoter cannot guarantee that the van will not be pre-registered to the Promoter or it’s associated companies.
b. 19,938 x white round necked t-shirts branded with ‘Johnstone’s Trade’ and ‘Celebrating 125 Years in Paint’ logos
c. 19,937 x £5 National bakery chain vouchers or supermarket shopping gift cards:
i. For England, Scotland and Wales - Greggs vouchers.

10. To Claim: Please retain winning scratch card as it will be required to validate your prize claim. If you are unable to provide this it may affect your prize claim.

11. Every prize claim must be accompanied by a valid till receipt, photocopies will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Original receipts will be returned with the prize. Proof of purchase must be dated within the promotional period of 11.5.15 to 11.7.15.

12. Scratch cards showing any sign of having more than 3 panels scratched off, being tampered with, or are illegible, damaged or defaced will be void. Photocopies will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed scratch cards or as a result of any postal network. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Scratch cards cannot be transferred, auctioned, sold or traded, and will be deemed void.

13. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the t-shirts and vouchers from the date of winner acceptance. Please allow up to 90 days for delivery of the Fiat Doblò vans.

14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

15. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Employees using company accounts must have the permission of their employer or senior management to participate. Any prizes claimed belong to the owner of the business account used, unless agreed otherwise. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using identities other than their own in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

16. If you are a winner please send in your winning scratch card and till receipt along with confirmation of your name, address and a contact number to Johnstone’s Vantastic Giveaway, Rave Communications, 37a Parkfield Road, Coleshill, West Midlands, B46 3LD within 28 days of the end of the Promotion Period. Claims received after this date will be invalid.

17. The responsibility of any tax, insurance, additional costs, registration requirements and liabilities arising from this promotion or prize lies with the person claiming the prize. The registered keeper of any winner of a Fiat Doblò van must hold a current valid driving licence and be legally authorised to drive within the United Kingdom.

18. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes and reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim to a prize on reasonable grounds, including (but not limited to) cases where any invoiced amount remains unpaid by the participant or where the participant’s credit account facilities have been stopped.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion or substitute prizes of equal or greater value, as necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to vary or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
