    Just look in your rental agreement.


    You are supposed to allow reasonable access in the final month or so. How reasonable is up to you.

    We are doing this at the min.

    Had a nice couple over last night to look at the house.

    We leave on 27th June from our rented.

    We prefer doing the viewings ourselves.

    No nosey estate agents going around the house and you get to start the viewings with

    "Im gonna give you a totally honest look around the house and tell you everything i no - it makes no difference to me if you buy it or not"

    In the end, if the OP wants to object, the Rental Agreement is the starting point, not some personal sense of right and wrong.

    OP, I will be the same, I'll feel obligated to do a full clean, if I was having strangers walking around. :o

    However I definitely won't be escorting their visit. Will allocate days that the property will be available for the agent to do what they're being paid for. Or I can do it for a fee! :D

    How many 'standard' agreements have you seen?

    Where can I get a 'standard' agreement? Who set this standard?

    You would be happy having strangers walk around your house without you there but not if it were untidy?!
