Our buyers got the keys to our house 3pm this afternoon, as planned.

We are in Scotland, missives were signed on tuesday.

I have checked my online banking hoping to see that our mortgage has disappeared or something but nope!

I guess it takes a couple days to transfer?

Too late to ask the solicitor, hope he has not ran away with the cash!

Possibly a week if settlement was by cheque.

Depends where the solicitor has run off to. Extradiction from Spain is much quicker than from your average south American country.

Who are you with. When we remortgaged from C&G which showed on our Lloyds banking it took almost two weeks to come off our online banking.
