Hi Folks.
I have now dragged myself into the 21st century & upgraded to a Sony Ericsson W850i Walkman mobile phone. I've figured out how to get my music onto the phone but i'de really like to be able to listen to the music on the phone through the car stereo. Its a basic CD/Radio in the car with no input jack sockets. But i understand it can be done wirelessly.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to whats good & whats not ... not looking to spend a fortune as probably wont get a huge amount of use

If you have an adapter with you phone which lets your plug 3.5 plugs in (like headphones) you could buy an fm transmitter- not much. look at this link

btw there are some other fm transmitters available which run off the 12v in your car0
-
wow .. that was quick ... thanks very much. 'm assuming the 12v is better as keeps the phone charged ... something like this ???

Yeah looks good - and the 12v means you dont have to keep putting batteries in the transmitter cos an AA battery only lasts bout 10 hours.
Have you got an adapter for your SE Phone to plug like headphones and things in?0 -
yes mate ... i've justfound it in the box :T .... my only concern is the USB on this item looks to big to fit my phone ??0
-
Well all you need to do is plug that SE headphone adapter in your phone, and rather than use the headphones- plug that Fm transmitter in headphone whole.
Then tune your car radio into the frequency that its transmitting at-
and your sorted
